Thank you for your interest in leasing the Kappa Community Center. The following information should be helpful in making your plans.

LEASING FEE
The fee for leasing the Kappa house is $750.00. Your leasing fee includes a Security Guard for a period of four hours.

DEPOSIT
The initial deposit for rental is $150.00 and is due at contract signing to secure the date.

BALANCE DUE
The balance of $600.00 is due forty-five days before the event.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
In addition, there is a refundable damage deposit. Call the Kappa Community Center for details.

All checks/money orders should be made payable to Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, St Louis Alumni.
